begin with this 7-day green smoothie challenge, which includes tasty, simple, and nutritious green smoothie recipes for more energy, better skin, and health!

Developing this one little habit may have a significant impact on your health and life.

Green smoothies are known to be beneficial to one’s health and skin. They’re an excellent method to increase your intake of antioxidant-rich and anti-inflammatory foods. You can minimize chronic inflammation, feel wonderful, and avoid premature aging with just just one modest meal. Green smoothies may also help you lose weight since they provide so many nutrients while being low in calories and rich in fiber.

So, let’s get started on the task.

THE GREEN SMOOTHIE CHALLENGE FOR 7 DAYS

The idea of this seven-day challenge is to consume one green smoothie per day. You may drink it in the morning, in the afternoon, or anytime you choose. Simply take it.

THE BENEFITS I RECEIVED

I discussed my personal green smoothie challenge and how this easy daily routine reduced my cravings, helped me remain alert, and gave me more energy. So, it’s something I’d encourage anybody looking for an easy healthy change in their lives.

HERE ARE A FEW SUGGESTIONS TO EASILY COMPLETE THIS CHALLENGE:

Go shopping for groceries. You’ll need enough ingredients for the smoothies. Normally, I would purchase:

a large spinach sack.

berries, frozen

3–4 bananas, 1 large pineapple, or 2 mangos

2 to 3 cucumbers

a little ginger

You can also purchase almond milk, but since I’m sensitive to something in store-bought dairy-free milk, I normally make my own or drink plain water.

Chop and place in the freezer. For added convenience, chop all of the fruit you purchased and freeze it in bags. You may freeze the smoothie components separately (for example, a banana and a mango each) or create combined smoothie bags (for example freeze mango, banana, and spinach together). I like the first choice since I enjoy experimenting and changing things up often — but feel free to do whatever you believe will help you be more consistent with this challenge.

Pour in the liquid. When you’re ready to prepare the smoothie, take out the freezer bag (or assembly) and mix it all together with almond milk, water, or any other sort of liquid until smooth.

Last but not least, find out what you like — EXPERIMENT! I discovered that I dislike extremely sugary smoothies and nut butter in my smoothies (that was shocking but true). Cucumber and frozen fruit are two of my favorite additions.
