A SUPER EFFECTIVE & SIMPLE TIP FOR GETTING RID OF CRAVINGS

Sometimes, in really uncommon and severe circumstances, I desire a salad.

But most of the time, I drink coffee instead of ANYTHING. Then it’s iron deficiency.

We’ve all had…those bad desires. Cravings make us desire a certain dish so much that we don’t even know whether we enjoy it when we eventually have it. Cravings that won’t allow us to stop thinking about that meal. Just one more and I’ll be on my way to detox.

It’s sugar for my father and sister.

So, knowing that drinking too much coffee and eating too much sugar does not result in beautiful skin, a flat stomach, or ideal health, I decided to do something about my unhealthy desires last year.

I made a basic, straightforward pledge to myself:

When I desire a cappuccino today, I’ll take a sip of water.

I followed my commitment for the first hour, drinking a sip virtually every minute. It seemed strange to be drinking something chilly when all I wanted was a warm and creamy cappuccino. But I persisted.

Within the first hour, my bottle for the remainder of my working day was empty. All I wanted to do was go grab that cappuccino and be done with it. Getting water, on the other hand, was much simpler.

I used the restroom twice in the following hour. And I needed to refill my water bottle.

But then the magic began to work.

I no longer want coffee. I was truly craving water at this point. And everything containing water, such as fruits and vegetables.

WHEN SUSHI IS ENOUGH — THE SIMPLEST TIP FOR GETTING RID OF Cravings

I recall being asked to sushi that day, something I had been looking forward to for a week! Sushi was always a healthy choice for me, and I could never say no to it. But I’ve always believed that sushi isn’t enough for lunch and that I’ll need something more to go with it.

Sushi was more than enough for that day.

When I returned to work, I was more focused and efficient than before.

I suddenly had a lot of energy — without altering my diet, working out, or spending days planning and food preparation. And without changing who you are.

I was still myself, just adequately hydrated.

And I think I don’t desire junk when I’m well hydrated.
